Oblytech Delivery

ServiceNow delivery with clear ownership and steady communication

Technology projects rarely go wrong in one dramatic moment. They drift. A requirement is understood differently by two people. A task has no owner. A status report says everything is fine until the week it is not. Oblytech Delivery exists to stop that drift, so that work lands when it should and stays understandable to the people who have to use it afterwards.
Most of what we deliver is on the ServiceNow platform. We plan and run implementations, upgrades and improvements to IT service management, the CMDB, service portals and catalogs, workflows and integrations. Once a platform is live we provide managed support so that it keeps working and keeps improving. Alongside this, we deliver AI projects: choosing use cases with care, preparing the data, building with human review in the loop and measuring whether the result is any good. A smaller part of our work is Salesforce, where we deliver CRM implementation, migration and integration projects.

Four ways to work with us

Project delivery

Mainly ServiceNow implementations, upgrades and improvements, with AI and Salesforce projects delivered the same way.

Managed support

Ongoing care of live ServiceNow platforms, and support for AI features and Salesforce environments we have built.

Delivery governance and reporting

The routines that keep any project honest.

Transition and handover

Turning a finished project into something your team can run.

How we run delivery

Every task has an owner. Every week has a status. Every risk has a name and a date. That sounds simple, and it is. The discipline is in doing it every week, including the weeks when there is bad news to report.
We keep our governance light. A short plan, a running list of risks and decisions, and a plain-language weekly report are usually enough. What matters is that the customer can read them and knows what to do with them.

Four kinds of work

Project delivery

planned, tracked delivery of ServiceNow, AI and Salesforce work.

Managed support

ongoing care for live platforms, with a named point of contact.

Delivery governance and reporting

simple routines and reports that keep a project honest.

Transition and handover

documentation and knowledge transfer so your team can run what we build.
